Media Operator

About the role

Pixelogic is seeking a detail‑oriented Media Operator to join its media operations team. You will be responsible for managing digital media assets, ensuring metadata accuracy, performing artwork quality control, and handling subtitle files to guarantee seamless content delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the workability and integrity of all received media assets.
• Create, update, and maintain metadata for digital media assets.
• Perform quality control on artwork and validate compliance with client specifications.
• Prepare, review, and manage subtitle files for accuracy and proper formatting.
• Confirm receipt of media assets and ensure proper documentation.
• Document asset issues and provide clear feedback to internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve asset‑related issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow company security policies and protect confidential media assets and information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in media operations or a similar role.
• Experience working with video and/or audio assets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
