Media Production Specialist

About the role

Taalamha is looking for a creative storyteller who can turn ideas into engaging visual content across its education and training platforms. You will own the entire production pipeline—from concept development and scripting to shooting, editing, and delivering polished videos for social media and brand campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original concepts, scripts, storyboards and mood boards aligned with brand objectives and social‑media trends.
• Plan and execute professional video shoots, operating cameras, lighting, audio and stabilization equipment.
• Edit and post‑produce videos, applying color correction, grading, sound design, motion graphics and subtitles for multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and social‑media teams to schedule and deliver monthly content, managing timelines and production resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in video production, cinematography and editing with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to manage the full production process independently, from concept to final delivery.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve; experience with After Effects is a plus.
• Technical knowledge of professional cameras, lighting rigs, microphones and related accessories.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity and attention to detail.
