Medical Representative – Alex Center

About the role

We are hiring Medical Representatives and Product Specialists for Acino in Egypt. The role reports to the First Line Manager and is responsible for achieving sales and market‑share targets while building scientific relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets (sales growth/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Achieve contact, coverage and frequency targets through face‑to‑face meetings with doctors and pharmacists.
• Promote Acino products according to campaign briefs, using brand visuals and approved messaging.
• Conduct periodic visits to HCPs in hospitals, polyclinics and pharmacies to build scientific relationships.
• Ensure doctors/HCP/KOL receive correct product information and clinical studies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Acino priority products, technical information and marketing programmes.
• Identify business opportunities and develop initiatives to realise market potential.
• Monitor competitor activities, medical conferences and round tables and report findings.
• Build strong relationships with targeted HCPs and map decision‑making networks.
• Handle product samples professionally, maintaining proper storage conditions.
• Execute local/international conferences and meetings with HCPs in line with AVA plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a medical representative or product specialist.
• Experience in consumer health, cardiovascular or specialty portfolios (preferred).
• Strong sales acumen and business aptitude.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• High customer focus and proficiency in spoken and written English.
