Medical Representative

About the role

Integrated Diagnostics Holdings (IDH) is seeking a full‑time Medical Representative to work on‑site in Qesm Shebin El Kom, Egypt. You will be the face of IDH’s diagnostic portfolio, promoting laboratory tests and related services to physicians, clinics and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Visit healthcare professionals regularly to present and detail IDH diagnostic solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide actionable feedback to commercial and marketing teams.
• Support promotional campaigns, ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare accurate activity and performance reports.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven sales, negotiation and customer‑relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical diagnostics and the ability to explain laboratory tests.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities for planning field visits and documenting activities.
• Self‑motivated to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or sales‑tracking systems.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management tools.
• Competence in office and reporting software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
