Medical Representative – Luxor & Hurghada Territory

About the role

We are looking for a Medical Representative to cover the Luxor and Hurghada territory in Egypt. The role involves building scientific‑based relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting Acino’s products, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and market‑share targets within the assigned budget and timeline.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with doctors and pharmacists to ensure product coverage, frequency, and quality of contacts.
• Promote Acino products using approved detail aids, brand reminders and medical references in line with campaign briefs.
• Visit hospitals, polyclinics and pharmacies regularly to strengthen scientific relationships and position Acino as the preferred partner.
• Deliver accurate product information, clinical studies and key messages to HCPs and KOLs.
• Identify business opportunities, monitor competitor activities and recommend actions to protect market position.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings to discuss market status and KPI performance.
• Handle product samples professionally and ensure proper storage conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a medical representative or product specialist.
• Experience in consumer health, cardiovascular or specialty portfolios is preferred.
• Strong sales acumen and business orientation.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• High customer focus.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
