Medical Representative - Mansoura

About the role

Acino is hiring Medical Representatives and Product Specialists to cover therapy areas across Egypt. Reporting to a First Line Manager, you will be responsible for meeting sales, market share, and productivity targets within your assigned territory while building strong, science‑based relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales and market‑share growth targets within budget and timelines.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with doctors and pharmacists to ensure product coverage, frequency, and quality.
• Promote Acino products using approved detail aids, brand reminders, and medical references.
• Visit HCPs in hospitals, polyclinics, and pharmacies to establish scientific relationships and position Acino as the preferred partner.
• Deliver accurate product information, clinical studies, and key messages to doctors, HCPs, and KOLs.
• Identify business opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and propose actions to protect market position.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss market conditions, challenges, and KPI performance.
• Handle product samples professionally and ensure proper storage from receipt to delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in medical sales or product specialist roles.
• Experience in consumer health, cardiovascular, or specialty portfolios is preferred.
• Strong sales acumen and business aptitude.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• High customer focus with a commitment to service excellence.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
