Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Medical Representative will work on‑site in Sharkia, Egypt, promoting EVA Pharma’s portfolio of medicines to healthcare professionals. You will build relationships with physicians, pharmacists and other stakeholders, delivering product details and scientific discussions to drive product uptake.

Key responsibilities

• Visit doctors, pharmacists and clinics regularly to present and detail EVA Pharma products.
• Plan and execute territory coverage, optimizing routes and schedules.
• Organise and participate in medical events, conferences and product trainings.
• Monitor competitor activities and report market insights.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records of visits and sales.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory and company standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage healthcare professionals.
• Sales, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Effective time‑management and organisational capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical concepts, with willingness to learn therapeutic areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Veterinary Medicine or related life‑science field.
• Valid driving licence and readiness to travel within Sharkia and surrounding areas.
• Ethical mindset and customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for activity tracking.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collect and report data using digital tools.
