Medical Sales Representative

About the role

The Purple Ace Agency is looking for a well‑connected and results‑driven Medical Sales Representative to help us expand within the healthcare sector. This role focuses on building relationships with clinics, doctors, medical centers, and healthcare businesses, identifying their needs, and introducing our marketing and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to clinics, doctors, medical centers, and other healthcare businesses.
• Use existing connections within the medical sector to generate qualified leads and open new business opportunities.
• Conduct outreach through calls, messages, referrals, field visits, and networking.
• Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their challenges and business objectives.
• Present suitable solutions, including digital marketing, branding, content creation, websites, booking systems, CRM, and other digital services.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals in coordination with the agency's internal team.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and contract closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular reports on leads, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales and business development targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in medical sales, healthcare business development, or selling services to clinics and doctors.
• Established network and strong connections within the medical and healthcare sector, preferably in Alexandria.
• Good understanding of how clinics and medical businesses operate and the challenges they face.
• Proven ability to generate leads, conduct outreach, arrange meetings, and close deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable with both field visits and office‑based follow‑up.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Background in pharmacy, medicine, science, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
