Member of Technical Staff – Legal Research (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specialized in Legal Research to join a global software development leader. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on analyzing complex legal and regulatory frameworks and translating them into technical solutions that support product development and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
• Design and build technical frameworks or tools that automate legal research workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed legal insights into product design.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and guidelines for legal compliance in product development.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proven experience with regulatory analysis and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to convert legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools.
