Membership Sales Specialist

About the role

The Membership Sales Specialist is responsible for driving new member acquisition and achieving monthly sales targets for Wadi Degla Clubs. The role combines proactive outreach, relationship building, and thorough follow‑up to ensure a seamless membership experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the monthly sales target.
• Promote memberships and attract new customers using various sales methods (phone calls, meetings, referrals, visitor communication, call‑center leads, offers, and other channels).
• Execute approved sales plans while adhering to company regulations and pricing policies.
• Coordinate with the Sales Back Office to monitor target progress and take corrective actions.
• Explain membership information and club benefits to prospects using the Q&A template.
• Develop and maintain a customer database by building positive relationships.
• Complete new customer subscription procedures within the specified timeframe.
• Prepare periodic reports, including CRM data entry, daily activity logs, meeting outcomes, and lead feedback.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in coordination with the Membership Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field.
• 0–1 year of experience in membership sales or a similar sales role.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time‑management and multitasking abilities.
