MEP Engineer – Construction Project

About the role

Rederma Laboratories is seeking a dedicated MEP Engineer to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works during the construction phase of its new plant in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. The role ensures high‑quality execution, compliance with standards, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all MEP activities on‑site throughout construction.
• Verify that installations follow approved drawings, specifications, and local/international codes.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal plant teams to keep the project on schedule.
• Track progress, identify risks or delays, and report status to management.
• Support testing, commissioning, and hand‑over of MEP systems.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements on‑site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience in MEP works for construction or industrial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in 10th of Ramadan City.
