About the role
Geidea is seeking a Merchant Enablement Officer to support its Merchant Enablement team. The role focuses on smooth communication, system updates, and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders, offering hands‑on experience in merchant operations and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with coordinators and the Compliance team to facilitate merchant verification.
- Liaise with Acquirer Banks for change requests and monitor stock availability.
- Process daily mailbox requests, update merchant data, and manage feature additions or cancellations.
- Track and resolve merchant‑related issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for merchant operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the enablement process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and provide timely responses to stakeholder inquiries.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
