About the role

PepsiCo Egypt is looking for a Manufacturing Process Operations Team Lead to drive production performance, ensure food safety, and lead a dedicated team on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

Achieve KPI targets for production output and changeovers.
Review daily reports across all shifts.
Execute the production plan in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and daily logistics schedule.
Distribute quantities and brands among production lines.
Lead the team through training and clear instructions to meet KPIs.
Apply food safety and hygiene standards to protect personnel and equipment.
Conduct orientation and training for new hires.
Minimize costs by reducing manpower overhead and improving efficiency.

Required profile

Minimum 12 months of experience in manufacturing process operations.
Proven ability to meet production KPIs and manage changeovers.
Experience leading and training production teams.
Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.
Ability to coordinate with logistics and planning functions.
