About the role

The Construction Accountant will be based on‑site in Giza and will manage all financial aspects of A&A’s construction projects. This full‑time position ensures accurate recording, verification, and reporting of project costs, invoices, contracts, and payment certificates.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and process invoices, contracts and payment certificates for each project.
• Track project expenditures, monitor budgets and reconcile accounts on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers and suppliers to ensure financial documentation is complete and accurate.
• Produce periodic financial reports and support internal and external audits.
• Assist in cash‑flow planning and manage subcontractor accounts.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project costing, budgeting and subcontractor accounting.
• Familiarity with Egyptian tax regulations and construction‑related financial compliance is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Giza, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
