Microsoft Dynamics CRM Manager

About the role

PwC is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Manager in its advisory technology practice in Cairo. The consultant works with clients to analyse their needs, implement software solutions and provide training and support so that business applications can be used effectively and operational efficiency improved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead D365 CE technical workstreams for design and implementation on delivery projects, including configuration, customisation, business process automation, reporting design, integration design, data migration and DevOps release pipelines
• Deliver technical responses on sales pursuits, manage technical delivery of IP and asset development, and meet expectations for the consulting grade
• Support enterprise reporting, IDAM, security and compliance, Azure custom solutions and Power Platform design
• Manage technical delivery scope, offshore delivery, technical CR reviews and approvals, and stakeholder management
• Support RFP responses, estimation and commercial planning, delivery strategies and product awareness
• Manage project workstreams, quality of deliverables and relationships between them
• Develop coachees and less experienced team members, and manage PwC and client stakeholder expectations
• Plan and deliver sales demos and act as a specialist supporting sales pursuits in Microsoft product expertise

Required profile

• Consulting manager grade with project management, delivery management and people management responsibilities
• Ability to advocate for Microsoft within the firm
• Preferred: a degree
