Microsoft Dynamics F&O Functional Manager (ETIC)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics F&O Functional Manager for its ETIC practice in Cairo. You will lead functional consulting engagements, helping clients optimise operational efficiency through the design, configuration and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications for Dynamics F&O.
• Configure and customise the ERP system to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing applications.
• Lead implementation projects, manage timelines, and coordinate with technical and delivery teams.
• Provide training, support and change‑management guidance to client stakeholders.
• Document solution designs, testing procedures and post‑implementation reviews.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (field not specified) and proven experience in ERP consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Professional conduct, accountability and excellent communication skills.
