Mid Cap Corporate Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

The Mid Cap Corporate Relationship Manager (or Senior Relationship Manager) is responsible for analysing the creditworthiness of mid‑cap corporate clients and supporting the Credit Management function in making sound lending decisions. The role also drives client financing solutions in line with the bank’s business targets and regulatory framework.

Key responsibilities

• Execute annual financial and business targets for assigned sectors, ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulations.
• Conduct field visits to mid‑cap corporate clients to identify financing needs, gather documentation, and assess financial position.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis reports and credit proposals, including market studies, for submission to the Credit Risk Management function and Credit Committee.
• Present client cases at Credit Committee meetings, respond to inquiries, and finalize contracts after approval.
• Coordinate with operations, branches and clients to facilitate utilization of approved facilities and monitor ongoing performance.
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships, promote additional banking products, and manage facility renewals and utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of banking experience for RM level or 5–7 years for senior level, with at least 2–4 years in corporate credit.
• Completion of a Credit Course or Banking Credit Certification.
• Willingness to work in Greater Cairo, Mansoura or El Minya.
