Mid‑Level Graphic Designer

About the role

Guide Academy is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Graphic Designer to join its team in Cairo. You will create visual concepts for both digital and print materials that support the academy’s brand and learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design layouts, branding assets, logos, icons and social media graphics.
• Produce marketing collateral, presentations and learning resources.
• Collaborate with trainers, recruiters and the marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Participate in feedback cycles and deliver production‑ready files.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and visual storytelling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Typography, composition and layout design.
• Logo design and brand identity development.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Graphic Design fundamentals and visual communication.
