Mixing Engineer – FMCG Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Mixing Engineer to lead batch manufacturing of personal‑care products in our Suez facility. The role ensures compliance with GMP and ISO standards while driving continuous improvement in production efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixing equipment for batch production of FMCG items such as face washes, shower gels, lotions and creams.
• Follow SOPs and maintain GMP/ISO compliance throughout manufacturing activities.
• Perform in‑process quality checks (pH, viscosity, appearance) and adjust formulations as needed.
• Manage raw‑material handling, supervise operators and generate daily production reports.
• Conduct mixer cleaning and sanitisation using hot and cold water processes.
• Participate in GMP and ISO audits and support regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement Kaizen improvements using Manex systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uphold safety, quality and productivity standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in production or mixing operations within FMCG (personal‑care or beverages).
• Hands‑on experience with complex batch manufacturing of lotions, creams, gels or washes.
• Familiarity with regulatory audits, SOPs and ISO/GMP standards.
• Proficiency in English.
