Moderation Agent – Quality Assurance

About the role

York Towers is seeking a detail‑oriented Moderation Agent – Quality Assurance to join its Real Estate Operations team. You will ensure that property listings are accurate, complete and compliant with internal standards while supporting cross‑functional teams to improve overall platform quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality audits of real‑estate listings for accuracy, consistency and compliance.
• Review and correct listing details, descriptions, pricing, locations and images.
• Identify platform bugs or usability issues and create detailed tickets for the technical team.
• Monitor website performance and verify that listing updates are correctly reflected.
• Provide real‑time feedback to the B2B Sales team to improve listing quality.
• Answer operational and quality‑related questions from team members.
• Deliver onboarding sessions for new hires on QA processes and standards.
• Track recurring quality issues, identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to resolve quality‑related issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards and SLAs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Content Moderation, Data Quality or Operations.
• Experience in the real‑estate sector is a strong advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and propose practical solutions.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to work independently.
