About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Moderator & Telesales Specialist to join our growing team in Fifth Settlement. The role combines customer outreach, lead qualification, and coordination of sales activities to support our real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential clients via phone and other communication channels.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and capture relevant information.
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, call centre, or real‑estate sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
