About the role
We are seeking an experienced Motor Claims Section Head to lead the daily operations of our Motor Insurance Department. The role focuses on efficient claims handling, high standards of customer service, compliance, and financial control.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise claims handlers, adjusters, and support staff to ensure fair and timely processing.
- Oversee administrative workflows, claim registrations, and reserve allocations.
- Review complex or suspicious claims to prevent financial loss and mitigate risk.
- Ensure all settlements align with company policy, regulatory frameworks, and customer service standards.
Required profile
- 5 to 7 years of experience in motor or general insurance claims.
- Strong analytic skills to evaluate data, monitor loss ratio, and set accurate financial reserves.
- Proven ability to maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores regarding empathy and speed of the claims process.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly closing ratios for claims.
