MS Dynamics Tester Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Tester (Manager) to lead quality assurance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. You will shape testing strategies, guide a team of testers, and ensure seamless delivery of enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end testing for Dynamics 365 Finance, Operations, and CRM modules.
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to verify requirements.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes.
• Mentor junior testers and enforce best‑practice testing standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software testing experience, with at least 4 years in ERP/CRM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and RSAT.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
