About the role
MetLife is seeking a full‑time Insurance Sales Agent to join its Cairo office. The role focuses on selling insurance policies, advising customers on their coverage needs, and driving business growth through effective brokerage activities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Generate new business by prospecting and acquiring clients.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing policyholders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure all activities comply with local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to explain policy features and benefits.
Required profile
- Proven experience in insurance sales and brokerage.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, target‑driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
