About the role
MetLife is seeking a full‑time Insurance Sales Agent to join its Cairo office. In this role you will help individuals and businesses select the right insurance solutions while contributing to the company’s growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Sell a range of insurance policies to prospective and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate insurance products.
- Manage brokerage activities and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in insurance sales and brokerage.
- Strong customer‑service background with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo, Egypt.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
