.NET Developer, Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Advisory line of service in Cairo is hiring a Senior Associate .NET Developer within its software and product innovation practice. People in this field develop software solutions and drive product innovation to meet clients' evolving needs, designing, coding and testing applications that support digital transformation and improve business performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field (essential).
• 4+ years of solid experience building and maintaining reliable, scalable services and platforms.
• Proven C# development experience with a strong grasp of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially in optimising software for performance and scalability.

Required skills

• .NET/Core framework and LINQ, Entity Framework (code-first approach)
• Database design and SQL
• REST APIs built to TMF standards and OpenAPI specifications
• Serverless microservices on Kubernetes
• Microsoft Azure platform services integration
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools

Plus: Kafka and RabbitMQ message brokers, Kong API Gateway, SonarQube code inspection, and acceptance test-driven development.
