Network & Collaboration Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Network & Collaboration Team Leader to ensure high availability, performance and security of our network operations while driving seamless communication across teams and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with users in branches, headquarters and IT groups to implement new projects and ensure readiness for new services.
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, modems, switches and routers to minimise downtime.
• Lead a team in deploying and supporting network equipment and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack and Zoom.
• Evaluate, integrate and optimise tools that improve team productivity, communication and workflow.
• Implement robust cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments and automate repetitive tasks to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams and external partners to identify networking and communication needs.
• Provide regular performance reports and updates to executive management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT networking.
• Proven leadership experience in network operations or IT infrastructure management.
