Network Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Operations

About the role

The Network Manager will lead the establishment and management of strategic partnerships to support the deployment and expansion of the company’s battery‑swapping network. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the role ensures network health, utilization and performance across assigned regions.

Key responsibilities

• Align with Sales and Business Development to translate commercial expansion plans into execution roadmaps.
• Identify, evaluate and secure partners and deployment locations for Battery Swapping Units (BSUs).
• Conduct technical and commercial feasibility studies, including infrastructure, footfall, demand and accessibility.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, deployment terms and commercial frameworks.
• Lead site assessments covering layout, power availability, accessibility and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Deployment, Technical and Logistics teams to ensure smooth inspections and installations.
• Monitor network utilization, uptime and performance KPIs, and propose optimization measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6–8 years of experience in telecom tower deployment, FMCG distribution or similar operations management roles.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and project‑management skills.
