Night Auditor – Hotel Finance & Procurement

About the role
The Night Auditor is responsible for daily auditing and balancing of guest and house accounts during the night shift, ensuring accurate financial reporting for the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Post all daily room and ancillary charges to the guest ledger and audit charges from all departments.
- Handle front‑office cashier transactions from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., take final readings on food & beverage cash registers and prepare the Daily F&B Revenue Report.
- Verify cash‑check reports, test check prices and additions, and ensure the restaurant guest ledger clearance balances.
- Distribute PMS night‑audit reports to relevant parties and adhere to hotel policies on safety, hygiene and employee conduct.
Required profile
- Minimum two‑year college degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least one year of hotel accounting experience or equivalent cash‑handling and administrative experience.
- Residence in Cairo/Giza preferred.
