Night Manager

About the role

As a Night Manager you will be the key point of contact for all overnight operations at a Hilton hotel. You will ensure smooth financial closing, support guests and staff during the night shift, and uphold the brand’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the nightly audit process, guaranteeing accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls.
• Drive financial reconciliation by posting and reconciling the day’s activity across all departments.
• Verify payment and credit‑card transactions, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
• Identify reporting anomalies, analyse root causes and collaborate with department leaders to improve audit accuracy.
• Assist the Night Manager in handling guest issues, emergencies and overall overnight operations.
• Supervise and coach team members, monitor performance and foster a positive work environment.
