Night Manager

About the role

A full-time Night Manager position at the Rixos Radamis resort in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. The role covers overnight responsibility for the front office, guest safety and security checks, and additional administrative duties requested by the hotel or F&B managers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet all reasonable guest requests for their comfort, satisfaction and safety
• Overnight responsibility for reception, check-ins and check-outs, reservations and telephone enquiries
• Maintain knowledge of company promotions and hotel pricing to inform guests
• Act as first point of contact for guests and emergency services during evacuations, ensuring guest safety and comfort
• Carry out hourly security checks and complete the manager's log book with accurate fire safety records
• Handle additional administration, follow accident and incident reporting policy, and complete in-house training and courses
• Contribute to team meetings and take part in environmental protection, energy saving and waste reduction initiatives
• Carry out quality management and food safety management system duties, and perform other duties assigned by managers

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of industry experience after theoretical education
• Sufficient English and Arabic to communicate with guests and staff
• Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge

• Front office operating programmes such as Fidelio and Opera
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of the field, including guest profiles
