O2C Accountant

About the role

The O2C Accountant will join the Group Finance Shared Service Centre to support daily Order‑to‑Cash activities. You will ensure accurate processing of customer payments, maintain account records, and help produce timely financial reports.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day O2C support to the business, including customer analysis and reconciliation.
• Receive and match customer cheques by amount and date.
• Analyse ledgers and accounts to reconcile financial data according to schedules.
• Maintain detailed records of customer accounts, outstanding balances and payment history.
• Execute assigned month‑end closing tasks within O2C.
• Review and post O2C‑related journal entries.
• Perform any other relevant activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Finance graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Good accounting knowledge; IFRS knowledge preferred.
• Analytical and process‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 1‑2 years of similar experience, preferably with ERP systems.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, YARDI, AS400).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools.
