O2C Senior Manager

About the role

The O2C Senior Manager will lead the Order‑to‑Cash function within the Group Finance Shared Service Centre. Reporting to senior finance leadership, the role ensures accurate billing, timely collections, and robust revenue reporting while partnering with Asset Management, Property Services, and Leasing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial support and business partnering for accounts receivable and revenue activities across multiple business units.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end billing process, guaranteeing timely and accurate invoice generation.
• Analyse tenant performance, rent data and key performance indicators, delivering customized reports for senior management.
• Maintain segregation of duties, run monthly integrity reports, and reconcile GL control accounts related to receivables and revenue.
• Manage monthly closing check‑lists, doubtful‑debt provisions, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, implement audit recommendations, and support audit processes.
• Review lease agreements, billing requests, and tenant refunds for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Drive process standardisation, system implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C function.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in accounts receivable, revenue accounting, and finance business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of GL accounting, month‑end closing, and audit procedures.
• Proven ability to produce analytical reports and manage financial controls.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
