Odoo Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to design, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP solutions for our clients. The role involves working with Odoo Enterprise, Odoo.sh, and a range of integration technologies to deliver high‑quality, scalable modules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules across functional areas such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, HR, and POS.
• Use Odoo.sh for development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Odoo environments.
• Integrate Odoo with external REST APIs and third‑party services.
• Manage version control with Git and track tasks using Jira in an Agile workflow.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools (e.g., Claude) to improve code quality, debugging, and documentation.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure reliable solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Odoo development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of the Odoo framework (ORM, models, wizards, controllers, security, access rights, QWeb).
• Experience with Odoo Enterprise and Odoo.sh.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, SQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven ability to integrate Odoo with REST APIs and third‑party services.
• Familiarity with functional Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, HR, POS).
• Experience using Git (GitHub) and Jira for version control and task management.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
