Odoo Functional Consultant – ERP Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and continuous development of our Odoo ERP system at International Coffee Industries in Hawamdeyya, Giza. The role bridges finance, manufacturing and operations, translating business and financial requirements into effective Odoo solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Odoo ERP implementation, configuration and ongoing development across Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales and Operations modules.
• Translate business and financial requirements into Odoo functional designs and ensure proper integration between modules.
• Manage system testing, data migration, integrations and user training.
• Support the full production cycle from green coffee to finished goods, ensuring accurate product costing, inventory valuation and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate with Odoo developers, IT teams and external implementation partners to deliver projects on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in finance & accounting with strong background in Odoo ERP.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation, data migration and integration projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting, costing, inventory valuation and production processes, preferably in coffee, food or FMCG industries.
