Online Sales Manager (Remote)

About the role

As an Online Sales Manager you will deliver live 60‑minute demo lessons via Zoom to children aged 5‑17 and their parents, showcase Kodland’s coding programs, and guide families toward the best course choice. You will turn interested families into enrollments through consultative conversations while following a proven sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging 60‑minute online demo lessons for children and parents.
• Present Kodland’s curriculum, answer questions, and handle objections calmly.
• Guide families through a structured decision‑making process to select the right course.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments using consultative sales techniques.
• Follow the company’s sales framework, training, and support resources.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and confidence on video calls.
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Availability to work evenings from 16:00 Egypt time, minimum 25 hours/week including one weekend day.
• Arabic speaker with English level B2+ (confident speaking and writing).
• Technical readiness: PC or laptop with at least 8 GB RAM, webcam, headset or microphone, and a stable internet connection.
