Onsite Associate Manager - Ecommerce Site Merchandising

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim Retail is looking for an Onsite Associate Manager for its Cairo Corporate Head Office, focused on ecommerce site merchandising. The role improves user experience and navigation on the Home Page, category and campaign landing pages, and works with the country and/or market to run sale campaigns and retail offers while using data to optimise conversion rate.

Key responsibilities

• Improve homepage performance, including banner CTR, conversion rates and product carousels.
• Plan and run daily, weekly and monthly onsite sale campaigns with market merchandising teams.
• Improve product discoverability, navigation and user experience across home and landing pages.
• Use product boosting strategies based on sales data, impressions, seasonality, offers and conversion metrics.
• Track and optimise onsite KPIs such as GMV, orders, CTR, CTT and conversion rate.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, dashboards and data visualisations to senior stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Analytics, Merchandising, CRM, Performance Marketing and SEO teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a related role within an e-commerce organisation.
• Proven experience optimising homepage performance and planning onsite campaigns.
• Experience preparing performance reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with several product and marketing teams.

Required skills

• Google Analytics and Tableau; SQL is a plus.
• MS Excel and PowerPoint, with strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving, time management and communication skills.
