Operations Engineer (Installation Engineer)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Engineer (Installation Engineer) to join our team at Smart Village. You will guide projects from the initial interpretation of customer needs through to successful on‑site installation, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into detailed, actionable project plans.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage scheduling, execution and reporting for all project phases.
• Track and measure performance using appropriate tools.
• Conduct client meetings, gather feedback and handle post‑installation follow‑up.
• Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare reports on purchasing trends, customer needs and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations to manage data and execution.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet KPI targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (any discipline).
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, coordination and time‑management abilities.
