About the role
The Operations Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Tanta. The role oversees day‑to‑day operational activities across thesis support services, printing, digital marketing, and web and mobile development.
Key responsibilities
- Manage workflows, coordinate cross‑functional teams and optimise resource allocation to ensure timely service delivery.
- Track performance metrics, implement process improvements and support budgeting and cost‑control initiatives.
- Maintain high service quality, address client needs and contribute to strategic planning and execution.
Required profile
- Proven experience in operations management, workflow optimisation and resource planning.
- Strong team‑leadership, people‑management and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and apply basic project‑management practices such as scheduling and risk management.
