Operator & License Owner – Build Local Football Platform

About the role

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and grow its football platform in Cairo. You will be responsible for establishing local partnerships, managing day‑to‑day operations, and creating an engaging community of players and hosts.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer’s presence in Cairo.
• Identify and secure quality football venues for games.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations to ensure an outstanding player experience.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the local operation.

Required profile

• Passion for football and deep understanding of the local football scene.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and results orientation.
• Experience in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
