Oracle Consultant Manager

About the role

Lead the Oracle ERP function to ensure system availability, data accuracy and effective business support across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, purchasing and finance. The role drives process improvement, system governance and user support in a CKD automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control Oracle system activities, enhancements, configurations, integrations and business process improvements.
• Ensure accuracy, availability, integrity and security of ERP master data and transactional information.
• Manage Oracle support activities, resolve system issues and coordinate with business departments to translate requirements into solutions.
• Lead development and implementation of Oracle workflows, reports, dashboards, interfaces and process enhancements.
• Oversee manufacturing processes including BOM, WIP, job orders, material transactions and inventory‑related transactions.
• Establish system controls, procedures, documentation and governance standards to maintain ERP compliance.
• Manage ERP projects, upgrades, testing, implementation and user acceptance activities.
• Develop and monitor ERP performance indicators, service‑level performance and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 12–15 years of ERP management experience, preferably in automotive or CKD manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading ERP teams, projects and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules covering manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, supply chain, WIP and finance.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and fluent English.
