Oracle ERP Financials Consultant – EBS & Fusion

About the role

The Oracle ERP Financials Consultant – EBS & Fusion is a full‑time remote position focused on designing, configuring and supporting Oracle Financials solutions for client organisations. You will work with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure successful ERP implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and map business processes to Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials functionality.
• Configure core financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management.
• Participate in full implementation cycles, including fit‑gap analysis, solution design, testing, data migration, end‑user training and post‑go‑live support.
• Analyse financial workflows, recommend process improvements and prepare functional documentation.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of finance processes, general accounting and period‑close activities.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP implementations, preferably Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and work effectively with technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in remote, cross‑functional environments.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and support clients across different time zones.
