Oracle ERP/SCM Consultant, Manager

About the role

PwC's Technology team, within its Oracle consulting practice, helps clients define integration and conversion strategies, design system extensions and build, test and deploy interfaces, reports and conversions using the Oracle technology suite. As an Oracle ERP/SCM Consultant, you will deliver projects focused on Oracle ERP or Oracle SCM, apply industry-leading methodologies to transform client businesses and travel to client sites in the UK and potentially internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a workstream, organising, mentoring and providing quality assurance on deliverables
• Create solution documentation, including functional specifications
• Configure and build Oracle ERP/SCM solutions and take part in design and process discussions with clients
• Support solution scenario evaluation, detail technical specifications and estimate effort for technical developments
• Manage stream deliverables, cover data migration and cutover, resolve issues after go-live and transition to support
• When needed, handle business case development, requirements gathering, workshops, business process design, vendor selection, stakeholder and change management, and people/line management

Required profile

• Minimum of three full-lifecycle implementation projects covering ERP Financials or Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules
• Implementation experience of three or more Oracle modules in the relevant area
• Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, functional configuration, testing, integration, data migration, training and post-go-live support
• University degree
