About the role

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to lead the functional side of Oracle Fusion HCM projects. This remote, full‑time position involves running workshops, configuring modules and supporting testing and go‑live activities.

Key responsibilities

Lead requirement workshops and perform fit‑gap analysis.
Configure Core HR and at least one of Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management or Recruiting.
Support testing, data migration and cut‑over activities.
Collaborate with technical consultants and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

5+ years of hands‑on Oracle HCM (Fusion) functional experience.
At least two full‑cycle implementations from requirements to go‑live.
Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM.
Core HR configuration.
Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management or Recruiting.
Fit‑gap analysis, testing, data migration and cut‑over.
