Oracle Functions Consultant (Finance)

About the role

EVA Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for an Oracle Functions Consultant (Finance) to join its team in Giza. The role covers the lead techno-functional analysis, solution design and configuration of Oracle R12 Financial modules, and supports period closing and accounting accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead techno-functional analysis, solution design and configuration for Oracle R12 Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA and SLA.
• Analyse finance and accounting business requirements and turn them into functional designs, technical specifications and system enhancements.
• Configure Oracle Financials setups, support period closing and ensure accurate accounting flow between subledgers and General Ledger.
• Design, review and troubleshoot technical objects, integrations, SQL/PLSQL queries, interfaces, reports and accounting issues.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensure data integrity and compliance, and mentor functional and technical team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12, especially in Financial modules.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher and interface troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, tables and data flows in financial modules.
