Oracle HCM Consultant – Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join its Advisory practice in Cairo. The role combines deep technical expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management solutions with managerial responsibilities, leading teams to deliver high‑quality, integrated business applications for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, develop and support Oracle HCM and related Oracle suite products.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, execution and successful completion.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure quality, timelines and deliverables meet client expectations.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering skill development and performance excellence.
• Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
• Uphold PwC professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.
