Oracle HCM Consultant – Senior Associate

About the role

PwC’s Business Application Consulting team helps clients optimise operational efficiency through the implementation and support of enterprise software. As an Oracle HCM Consultant (Senior Associate) you will work on Oracle Human Capital Management solutions, guiding clients from analysis through to deployment and training.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle HCM implementations and enhancements across Core HR, Talent, and Payroll modules.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise HR systems and ensure seamless integration and user experience.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and system performance.
• Provide expert‑level support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM applications.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience with Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll).
• Strong understanding of HR business operations and workflows.
• Proven ability to analyse complex problems and deliver effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in dynamic, cross‑functional environments.
