Oracle Projects Coordinator

About the role

The Cloudors is seeking a motivated Oracle Projects Coordinator to support its digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure Oracle Cloud implementations are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing Oracle Cloud projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for seamless project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, schedules, and progress reports.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, flagging risks or delays.
• Support change‑request management, issue logs, and action items.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, reporting, and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or support, preferably with Oracle Fusion Applications or enterprise systems.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and willing to travel occasionally for client engagements.

Required skills

• Oracle Cloud (ERP/HCM/Projects) and Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Smartsheet or similar project‑management tools.
