Oracle SCM Consultant - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC’s Oracle Services Practice is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Consultant to join the team as a Senior Associate. You will help clients leverage Oracle technology to transform finance, operations, human capital, and supply chain processes, driving digital growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end Oracle ERP/SCM projects using PwC’s proven methodologies.
• Lead business case development, requirements gathering, workshops, and solution design.
• Perform functional and technical design, vendor selection, system build, testing, and deployment.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, change management activities, and post‑go‑live support.
• Provide people/line management and mentorship to junior team members when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in Oracle ERP or SCM implementations.
• At least one full‑lifecycle implementation covering Oracle Financials or Supply Chain Management modules.
• Proven ability to work independently on business analysis, create user stories, and run client workshops.
• Experience as a lead consultant or lead business analyst on complex projects.
