Oracle SCM Consultant - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Oracle Services Practice offers a career helping organisations use enterprise technology to reach their digital goals. As an Oracle ERP/SCM Consultant, you will deliver projects focused on Oracle ERP or Oracle SCM technology, using industry-leading methodologies to transform clients' businesses. You may also take on additional responsibilities such as business case development, requirements gathering, workshop delivery, business process design, functional and technical design, vendor selection, systems build, testing and deployment, stakeholder and change management, and people/line management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects focused on Oracle ERP or Oracle SCM technology
• Use industry-leading methodologies to transform clients' businesses
• Carry out additional tasks such as business case development, requirements gathering, workshops, business process design, vendor selection, systems build, testing and deployment, stakeholder and change management, and people/line management

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience
• A minimum of 1 full-lifecycle implementation project covering ERP Financials or Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules
• Experience implementing 1 or more Oracle modules in the relevant area
• Demonstrable experience in several of the following ERP activities: requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, functional configuration, conference room pilots and prototype demonstrations, testing, integration, data migration, training and post-go-live support
• Experience working independently on a project (business analysis, User Stories) and with a client (demos, workshops, requirements)
• Experience as a lead consultant on a project (e.g. Lead Consultant, Lead BA)
• Strong troubleshooting, meeting facilitation, presentation and client relationship skills
